New Pedal
The first pure bass pedal to enter the stage is the “Bumble Bee” . Equipped with a powerful, parametric 3-band equalizer, a 2-stage J-Fet amplifier that works similarly to a tube amplifier, and various connections such as DI-Out (optional Aux/Insert) that are needed for live and studio use, this is a high-quality bass preamp that can be used for almost all musical styles. The Bumble Bee is built exclusively with semiconductors and is powered by 9V (power supply recommended).
A series of small and compact tube preamplifiers and compressors. They fit on any pedal board and are powered by 12-volt DC (power consumption approx. 500-600mA). In order to operate the tubes with a “realistic” anode voltage of 200-300V, the 12V voltage, which is also used to heat the tubes, is stepped up as required by means of a small integrated switching power supply. The housing dimensions are identical at 145x120x40mm (LxWxH). All pedals in this series have a “true bypass”.
Opto/Tube Compressor
Universal compressor/limiter with access to all important compressor parameters such as:
- Ratio (control depth)
- Threshold -15dBu - +6dBu
- Attack 5 ms - 100 ms
- Release 20 ms - 1 s
Switch between compressor and limiter. In limiter mode, ratio is set to max., attack to min., release to minimum internally, and the adjustment function of these controls is deactivated. Only “threshold” can be varied
- Input level: -20dBu (instrument) to 10dBu (line)
- Output level: 0 to 16dBu
Tube booster with extended boost functions by selectable band filters and an additional 2-band shelving filter tone control.
Features:
- Max. 30dB boost
- Signal path constructed entirely with tubes
- Extended boost functions with an EF86 as input tube
- Linear EF86 in triode circuit
- Treble boost +7dB (2kHz) EF86 in pentode circuit
- Mid boost +8dB (500Hz) EF86 in pentode circuit
- Bass boost +8dB (100Hz) EF86 in pentode circuit
- Lo EQ (60Hz) +/-12dB
- Hi EQ (6KHz) +/-12dB
- Linear, finely adjustable volume/boost control
2-channel guitar preamplifier - Clean and distortion. Both channels can be independently assigned to 2 different tone controls.
Classic Blend
Classic 3-band (tone stack) tone control, as used in most guitar amplifiers. The middle control is designed as an illuminated trimmer potentiometer.
Linear
Passive fan equalizer. Has been used in many tube devices and “amp classics” since the 1950s. With the control in the middle position, it has a largely linear signal pass with correct circuit
dimensioning and good potentiometer synchronisation.
Very versatile adjustment and application options
